CONDUCT POLICY
In order for College Station Comic Con to run as smoothly and safely as possible, we encourage all attendees to read and understand what is expected. In addition to these general conduct policies, we also have separate rules and guidelines for cosplay, press, exhibitors, and others. Violations of these rules may result in loss of privileges, ejection without refund, legal action, or involvement of law enforcement authorities.
Badge Policy
- A valid badge must be purchased and worn openly and visibly at all times
- Any person without a valid badge displayed will be asked to leave immediately
- No valid badge means no access to events, panels, or vendor spaces
- Lost or forgotten badges must be repurchased at full price — College Station Comic Con does not replace lost badges
- Duplicating, altering, or forging a badge is a felony under Texas state law and will result in immediate ejection and potential law enforcement involvement
